PROPOSALS

We have extensive experience working on government and commercial proposals. We utilize a data driven approach to your process that will result in a more adaptable and coordinated proposal. Our experience with government decommissioning proposals (DOE, DOD, USACE) includes expert knowledge of the regulatory and governmental requirements involved.

Our approach facilitates the coordination of data for cost estimation teams. We create a single data set into which the cost and scheduling data is integrated. This underlying data structure allows schedulers and cost estimators to better coordinate their efforts and allows us to identify potential errors in the cost and scheduling data. We have worked with multiple project controls teams and are able to work with the teams to ensure that all the work is based on a solid data-based foundation. Doing so ensures your cost estimation process will be streamlined and flexible to changes.
